He holds a Masters in Fashion Design and Textiles at the esteemed Accademia Italiana Arte Della Moda in Florence, Italy and worked alongside international luxury ateliers. For the past 16 years Daniel has been at the creative helm of the DANIEL AVAKIAN brand perfecting his design aesthetic and market relevance. Throughout that time the brand has continually evolved with the global and cultural trend to service the needs of its clientele - their lifestyle choices, buying habits and style personality. Over the past four years, Daniel and the team have been working on a radically new concept, CUSTOM REAL TIME FASHION, which they predict as The Future of Fashion. Set to launch in late 2022, the new concept integrates the latest technologies coupled with a robust and scalable supply chain, enabling fast to market apparel, remote customer 3D body-scanning and photo realistic avatars, virtual retail and fashion NFT's. This concept allows for a unique customer experience, and access to the highest quality custom products. The concept aims to offer a value for money shopping experience, based on real-time trends whilst being individually customisable, reducing the Brand's carbon footprint and maintaining an environmentally and ethically sustainable business.

ABOUT DANIEL AVAKIAN

Daniel Avakian is an astute fashion designer. Following his graduation from the Whitehouse Institute of Design in 2003, Daniel moved to Florence, Italy where he lived for 2 years and completed a Masters in Design at the Accademia Italiana Arte Della Moda Design Institute in 2005.
Following his work with various well-known designers in Europe and the United Kingdom along with top Australian designers, Daniel moved back to Sydney in 2007 and launched his namesake label in the local fashion market, to wide acclaim.
After putting the label on hold, creative flair coupled with a savvy approach to the fashion industry enabled Daniel to develop a dynamic commercial portfolio across diverse product categories and market segments.
Daniel’s accumulated experience and unrelenting desire to pursue a stand-alone label once again, comes to life in his first resort capsule, ‘Incorporated’. A re-imagined interpretation of the modern woman’s style needs, well made and well priced.
