My husband got my Engagement ring and Wedding Band's custom designed by Bobby at Daniella Jewellers. I always receive quality and outstanding customer service from both Bobby and his wife Daniella. Over the past 3 and half years I've seen them many of times to get my rings cleaned and polished. The service that they provide is amazing and like no there. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

After a decent amount of research, and visiting a handful of other jewellers, I decided it was time to check out Daniella's Jewellers- I mean over 200 reviews, all 5 stars, they've to to be good right?

I rocked up without appointment, and greeted by the most accommodating and smiley faced Bobby. He instantly made me feel welcome, and guided me through the diamond selection process. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise really impressed me, but more so his honest nature. He spoke openly about diamonds, more than I had ever been able find out online, and definitely more than any other jewellers. He really wanted me to get the best product- not the product he was trying to get rid of, which I how I felt in some other places.

I still checked out a few other jewellers, but really couldn't get Bobby (and the incredible oval diamond he showed me) out of my mind. Once I had decided on Daniella Jewellers, the process couldn't have been easier. From choosing the diamond (that incredible oval), a design and material. Booby's confidence in his product was over-whelming. Their aftercare service being another huge reason I chose them, over so many other jewellers I had visited.

My fiancée and I couldn't be happier, and we will absolutely be back to Daniella Jewellers to choose wedding bands.

Could not be happier with my experience at Danielle Jewellers. Bobby was a legend and took care of me very well, I gave him a hard job in a short time frame and what I received was better than I had ever imagined. Would definitely go back again.

I was a complete amateur regarding jewelry when I was recommended to come and have a chat to Bobby regarding an engagement ring. I had done some research online and looked at a few places but everything paled in comparison to Bobby's guidance and experience regarding organising an engagement ring. Through each step of the design and construction process Bobby explained clearly and transparently each element of the ring and made the entire process incredibly easy. My fiancee couldn't be happier with the ring and I couldn't be happier with the service provided at Daniella's Jewellers. Bobby also resized the ring on the spot and free of charge as the original size was slightly off. Bobby also offers a walk-in complimentary ring cleaning service. 5/5 isn't enough for this place. If you're looking to get engaged and have absolutely no clue about rings, diamonds or jewelry, this is the place for you.

We went to Daniella Jewellers to resize my engagement ring. Bobby is very patient and explained the process and costs in details which made me very comfortable. I am very happy with their service. The size is perfect and he was very careful with our shallow engravings inside the ring so they remains the same after resizing and coating. I would highly recommend them.

Bobby at Daniella is the most attentive, passionate and knowledgable jeweller we have ever met. My fiancée and I decided to go through the entire process of purchasing our engagement ring together. We were hoping it would be a special and memorable experience. Bobby made it exactly that.

We came into Daniella's last August searching for a matching wedding band for our engagement ring purchased overseas. Unlike the many jewellers we've experienced, Bobby was very patient and took his time to step us through the different options we had, the process and also gave us a generous amount of time to consider his offer. As such, we decided to go with Bobby as we had no doubt he would deliver top quality craftsmanship and felt we could trust him. You can really see their commitment to understanding their customer's needs. In addition to this, their customer service and after sales service are exceptional!

Truly a 5 star experience. I had brought my wife's engagement ring (purchased from a different jeweller) as the diamond was loose from the setting. Bobbie greeted me and instantly took care and inspection of the ring. Throughout the process he explained the typical causes for a loose diamond and took great care of the ring. In the end there was nothing wrong and it could be reset. To my pleasant surprise he did it while I waited which I hadn't expected since it was late in the day. Since he was able to do it that day I also requested a polishing which he expertly did. The ring (now 8 years old) looks just like new. Absolutely amazing and my wife was thrilled.

From the first instant, Bobbie made me feel very comfortable and explained what was happening throughout the process. I was skeptical of the number so many positive ratings, but I know now they've earned every one of them. If you're considering a jeweller, Danilella is it.

I highly recommend Daniella Jewellery if high quality workmanship is what you're looking for. No one else can match their attention to detail and design in their pieces. I had my engagement ring setting made at another well known jeweller but after receiving it, I wasn't happy with the finish, so after bringing this up with Bobby and Danielle, they changed the setting and I could not be happier. The whole process from start to finish was perfect! Thank you for an amazing experience and our beautiful rings.

We met Daniella and Bobby 6 years ago in their beautiful boutique in Chatswood. Daniella and Bobby were very helpful in helping us designed my engagement ring and also our wedding bands. Their brand and motto - “Daniella - your personal jeweller for life” really just tell you what type of service and quality you will get - exceptional customer service, attention to detail, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, professional, extremely helpful, high quality craftsmanship and someone you can rely on for life to look after your precious items.

Daniella and Bobby provided the best experience any buyer could ever ask for. I looked around at several jewellers within Sydney and Daniella's was by far the best. Bobby spent so much time with me making sure I understood what I was buying, what to look out for and what matters most for quality and the price range I was hoping to stick to- and we managed to find the most beautiful diamond too! I also left this quite last minute after shopping around so much but Bobby was still able to get the diamond to Sydney, and have it placed on a stunning setting within 3 weeks so I made it on time for my ideal proposal date- can't thank them enough for this.
As well, you won't feel like you're being sold to here either and the prices are great- after service policy is fantastic too.
I'd be happy to continue buying my future jewellery from here.

My fiance and I visited Daniella in November to shop for an engagement ring, following very positive recommendations from two family members that have used Bobby's services. Whilst they told me not to bother with seeing other retailers, we decided to visit 2 others prior to visiting Daniella just for piece of mind.

But they couldn't have been more right, since the service provided at Daniella was well above the others. Bobby is not only highly knowledgable and skillful in his trade, but very personable and patient. My fiance and I really appreciated his thoroughness, asking us questions about aspects we hadn't thought about to ensure we were fully informed about all the important considerations in buying an engagement ring. He established trust and great rapport with us after our initial conversation.

Bobby was able to source a fantastic diamond for me beyond what was initially specified, and within budget. He was able to quickly turn around the ring in a very short time frame to ensure that I was able to make my New Year's day proposal, and keeping me updated on progress along the way. Most importantly, my fiance was extremely happy with the ring she received, as it was everything she wanted and more. A true testament to Bobby's keen attention to detail and great service.
