As long as I can remember I have had a love of natural medicine, that alongside my own personal experience of less than optimal health led me on a pathway to study my Bachelor in Health Science /Acupuncture. After completing my Bachelor degree I have finished the highest level of training with Neurolinks Neurological Integration System (NIS). My studies have deepened my love and respect for these amazing health care systems and ignited my passion to share these skills and assist my patients on their pathway to better health.

My special interest is in complex health conditions, emotional health (incl stress, depression, anxiety), pain management and general wellbeing.

Acupuncture is a powerful natural health modality rooted in ancient wisdom, which is continually being validated by modern day medical research. Each treatment is individualised to the patients’ healthcare needs & seeks to establish and balance the root cause of the problem as well as symptomatic relief.

A typical treatment will combine the gentle insertion of fine needles into specific (acupuncture) points on the body and may also included a combination of techniques including moxibustion (heat therapy), cupping & massage.

Neurological Integration System (NIS)
NIS, is a healthcare system that applies principles of neuroscience to determine the real underlying causes of disease states. Based on the premise that the brain governs the optimum function of all body systems. A NIS evaluates & corrects physical, pathological, neurological and emotional stressors that are overwhelming the bodies systems.

Using a series of protocols where specific anatomical contact points alongside gentle muscle testing are applied. The practitioner is able to access in real time & integrate (correct) any disconnections as they arise
