Staff are always friendly and helpful and the doctors are thorough and caring. Excellent Covid safety processes in place. There is a nurse, podiatrist, skin doctor, pathologists and 2 female doctors ( that I know of) within the practice as well.

Waited for an hour only to be turned away and refused a medical exemption from wearing a mask. Poor service and a disgrace to the oath that you uphold as a doctor.

I have been going to DMFP for about 8 years now and they always go above and beyond. About 2 months ago my mother had tried to go to her Doctor's practice as she was feeling very unwell, they turned her away, she then went to DMFP, reception took one look at her and saw how unwell she was and was able to get her in to a Dr within 15 minutes. In a nutshell, the Dr sent her to the hospital and it turns out she was very ill and could have died. If my mum did not see a Dr she was going to go home in the hope that it would pass.

I could not recommend this practice enough.

Terrible service. Saw Dr Santosh Parab who took 2 seconds to assess and decide there was nothing wrong and send you back out the door. Made out like I was wasting his time and have no idea when something is wrong with my own body. Will never return to this practice.

Staff friendly and obliging even, even when I turned up at specialist without my referral, they looked it up and faxed it over. Dr is excellent, very knowledgable wonderful sense of humour, loved by the whole family.

Very bad experience at my family practice for over 10 years.appt made checked Gp running on time due to painfull medical condition arrived unable to stand in que at reception due to stomach cramps doubled over in waiting room for 1 hour to be told gp gone to lunch my fault for forgetting to check in.Guess patient in waiting room in pain not give away.no sorry or help given left in tears would not recommend poorly run surgery to anyone myself and family will be looking elsewhere for another practice
