Darkwood Farm is a family organic farm in the beautiful Thora valley on the mid north coast of NSW AUSTRALIA. We grow garlic , ginger and turmeric.
Darkwood Farm Description
We farm according to organic principles because we believe that organically produced food is better for us and for the environment. Caring for our soil and our animals in a natural and sustainable way is at the centre of everything we do.
At the moment we grow russian garlic with plans to plant our first crops of organic ginger and turmeric in spring 2013. We also recently welcomed four beautiful saanen goats to the Darkwood Farm family, with the hope of producing organic milk and cheese.
