Falsely advertised a particular camera on eBay that they knew they did not have in stock. But they could supply another (more expensive) camera if I paid them more money. Took 2 weeks to advise that they did not have this camera then another 2 weeks to send the other one. Do not buy from these people!!!

Purchased a Canon 1300D, price was similar to what I had seen elsewhere and I received the camera in 2 business days. Really happy with the service. Kind of shocked to see so many negative reviews - I must have gotten lucky. Either way, very happy with the product and service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is that simple.

They list products online that they don't have in stock, they charge for overnight reliever and then send things regular post. Absolutely disgusting. An embarrassment to the industry, retail and the country. Order from the USA. It will be cheaper, faster and with better service.

Will sell you out of stock items without your knowledge, then ignore your emails. You're never quite sure what's happening with your order. Item was conveniently posted after I'd asked to cancel my order. Took over two weeks to get my order, I could've bought from China for cheaper and in the same time.

Please be very careful dealing with this business, I did despite what online reviews were saying. I did get hold of the company, got told what I wanted to hear and then got an email the following day telling me my order was on backorder. Very frustrating! So read your reviews people! Don't get burnt by this business like so many other people have said they did.

Ordered a canon eos m3 from this mickey mouse company - called in as I had received no correspondence only to find out that this camera was now out of stock.

No one bothered to advise me of this issue - called into the sales department to then be hung up on 4 times.

Gave me no solution other than to purchase the next camera up being over $800 more than the one id intended.

Underwhelming. Ordered a Peak Design clip on 3 March. Apart from the Paypal payment confirmation, heard nothing. Rang them 16 March and was told it was out of stock but would "be here Monday". They promised to chase up why I had not been told it was not in stock (had I known that I would have tried elsewhere). Rang again 23 March as I still hadn't heard anything, it went to voicemail so I left a message. Lo and behold early the next day I finally got the Australia Post message that a parcel had been arranged and it arrived today.
So I got what I ordered, but it took much longer than expected and there was no effort at all to keep me updated along the way. Poor systems at their end maybe?
