Store itself is good and has a decent range of stocked parts. However, parking as well as location are not ideal, as there is many no stopping signs, as well as side alleys which have poor access to the main road. Overall, the staff in the store is friendly and competent at providing feedback and opinions on abstract computer projects.

Helpful staff and competitive prices

Walked in with an old PC that just wasn't up to scratch. Was able to discuss a budget and goals of the new computer and even tho clearly already busy the staff managed to assemble my new PC without a fuss on the same day.

Id highly recommend DComp for the professional and amateurs among us, they go above and beyond to make sure you walk out with a smile.

Prompt and friendly service, price isn't too bad considering it is a local shop. Competitive enough with online prices when you take into consideration postage costs.

I've bought a network card and hard drive from these guys. They were helpful, the prices are on point and they're local. Will be dealing with them in the future.

Reasonable prices with down to earth staff

Spent over 1400 dollars here on a pc, was decent enough service at the start; but when I had problems with the pc a month later they were not helpful at all, staff members were rude and didn't care at all, I rang a few days after dropping it off to be told that they had forgotten and hadn't started yet, after taking it back 3 times without the problem being fixed, I replaced the hardrive myself which fixed the problem. However the pc still to this day has problems but I don't even bother contacting them anymore because the staff are so hostile. I have always shopped here in the past several times with good experiences, however my most recent experience has turned me off this store for good.

Dropped my computer in at 4:30pm Mon 18 July 2016 as not getting video. Michael called 9:30pm Tues 19 July telling me my computer was fixed and ready for pick up.
