I am a certified coach (PCC) and Registered Nurse. I work in a holistic way with women who want to enhance their leadership capabilities, boost their careers and improve their health and wellbeing across both home and work.

Specialising in Women, Leadership and self care. Recognising that women lead and care for others in many roles across our lives. As a result, my work with women encompasses health and wellbeing and leading self, leading family at work and in community.
