Been going for years .. have seen several Docs .. always good... haven't experienced the difficulties others complain of .. to all the staff there, including the receptionists (who have a difficult job), full marks, guys!

The staff in the reception is very rude (except for one girl the 30th of September)... don’t waste your time if Vera (not sure how to spell it) answer the phone not helpful and RUDE.

The doctors and medical staff are fantastic, but the front desk staff are not. Inconsistent procedures and information, unbooked appointments, incorrect information on doctor's availabilities have lead to long wait times and going to a different doctor. But the medical attention my family has received here has been great so we keep going back. Just wish the front desk staff were better - they are always friendly though.

Tried several doctors in this center. Most of them are just rude and terrible. There are only a couple who are caring, nice and have actually knowledge of what they are talking about. Everyone else is quickly giving out medication without even looking at you. I had to complain twice about outrageous doctors to the management. I would go there, if the two good doctors are not available! Poor!

I booked an appointment on Saturday afternoon, the medical centre I usually went to had a 3 hour waiting list. I had an appointment here 40 mins later. Doctor was on time and very efficient. You do have to pay, it is not fully covered by Medicare.

This place is just a joke . you can book an appointment but you still have to wait for minimum one hour . And if you ask receptionist they say , they don't have any idea how long it's gonna be . You need to make a better system. No body wants to spend there all day waiting for doctor even after book an appointment. Then you have bulk billing too . If we pay you on time , we want to be serve on time too .

Very happy with the doctors here. Professional explanations with clarity.

Haven't ran into the reception issues mentioned by others, but all medical centers I've been to suffer from similar issues, so I can't fault them for that.

Booking an appointment online and turning up early to declare present should reduce chances of long waiting times.

I feel some reviews are very good and very bad. So here's my honest review. I always go here. I know i will wait up to half hour to see Dr, even with a made appointment. Sometimes the receptionists can leave you stood there but they will serve you And are generally very lovely. Sometimes it is frustrating with the wait, but i really love my doctor. Dr Gunasekeera. He's thorough and super lovely and worth the wait. It depends on what your expectations are. I've seen other doctors at this place amd all have been lovely!

I've been there three times and had to wait minimum half an hour on every visit. No doubt doctors are good. Reception staff( not all of them) are bit unprofessional, unfriendly. During my visit on last Saturday i and other customers were waiting to see the doctors and were frustrated bcz of long waiting time but we were enjoying AUS vs SA test cricket match. Suddenly one receptionist started her shift and without asking anyone she changed the channel which was already playing on the tv of another wall. So rude

Unbelievably rude reception staff. Not the kind of people that should be the first impression of any business. If I acted that way at my reception job, I'd be sacked on the spot and rightfully so. I suggest either properly training the staff you have, or sacking the lot of them and starting fresh with people that actually like people. I've never dealt with anyone who more blantantly hates her job than the older lady with the short, dark, bob hairstyle and dark glasses. She needs to move on to something that has nothing to do with customer contact whatsoever. She's been consistently appalling at every visit and makes the rest of the staff look down right friendly, which is saying something considering they're all miserable.
