Although we are very experienced in treating sports injuries, we do see a wide range of patients presenting with injured, tight or painful areas from day to day life, as well as injured workers, children and the elderly.

Our fundamental tool is discussion with you followed by hands-on treatment of the problem until we deliver a result. In addition to our physiotherapy services, we utilize acupuncture and mechanical devices as well as prescribe an effective personalised exercise program.

Studio Pilates Classes

In addition to Physiotherapy we also offer Studio Pilates classes right within our practice. The Pilates Equipment allows a more diversified and effective training session, than mat work alone.
