I am really disappointed with phone service. Waiting time always is more than 15 mins. After that if you request for an appointment they drop the call. This is worst experience I had ever.

Called DFAT this morning to book an appointment from 11am for 1 of our agent to do authentications paperwork, was told that 11am isn't available on any day, the lady on the phone didn't even say her name when she picked up the phone, I was wondering if I'm calling the right department or not. My colleague called again and everything gone smoothly. It's unprofessional and I'm disappointed.

What a JOKE! Did you know that they don't do passport renewals at the passport office, they send you to a post office!

Thank you for being so wonderful to a person who arrived at 8:30amrequesting an emergency passport that day to travel on business that night. The staff told me what I needed to do (which I did) and I got what they needed in record time and the team you rose to the challenge and provided the most amazing service. I held my new passport in my hand at 2:45pm. It was a true team effort from the information team through to the Manager and the print room and collection officer. Well Done and Thank you!
