All our wicks are made out of all natural fibres and they contain no lead or other harmful metals.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not pleased with your items or if they are not what you had expected.

you have the option of returning the items to us for a full refund of the product price subject to the following: *If you simply have changed your mind, the refund will be for the product price only and not the postage cost

*The cost of the return postage is at the customer's expense

*The items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt
