Merna Taouk loves good food (and tasty desserts) just like her customers do. In January 2013 she founded DessertMakers so she could share more of the delicious desserts that her friends and family were always asking her for. Merna's cooking reflects her food philosophy; if you use the best quality ingredients, you get the best possible taste, and as Merna would say 'The proof is in the pudding'.

DessertMakers products are sold frozen to ensure freshness. There are no artificial additives or preservatives in the crumbles or puddings which drastically reduces their shelf life as a non-frozen product. Instead of loading up on preservatives and in order to guarantee the integrity and 'just baked' quality of the desserts they are all sold frozen.

DessertMakers is a proud supplier of Qantas First Class and is stocked in good food stores across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland as well as at weekend farmers markets. All the DessertMakers products are handmade and oven baked in a small factory in Sydney with the utmost attention to quality and detail.
