more shops compared with the outlet in birkenhead point. kids play area at ground floor is a bonus. could easily spent 3+ hours. avoid leaving at 5-6pm as there’s a long queue waiting to exit out from there

Disappointed with brands they have and the price they offer. Very noisy and crowded in Sunday afternoon. Do not recommend if you want to do shopping in a good mood and find something interesting.

Busy and cheap, great place for a bargain on clothes that are usually 40-80 percent more expensive.
Actually bought a suit (pants and jacket) from here for 500 and the same exact suit jacket was 500 in the politics store alone without the pants.
Good value for money, keen to go back.
4 stars because it was so busy and the stores always change.

I like this place, it's clean, very good pricing and very friendly staff members ready to help.

Just one advice, try to get there before 11:00 on the weekends, because it's extremely busy. During the week it's fine any time.

I couldn't recommend a better place in Sydney to shop for good clothing.

Good outlets. Best if you go during non peak hours.
Be mindful you don’t get consistent outfits at all times. The stuff is seasonal and you don’t know what sort of stock is stored in each store. There have been times when I went all the way to find not much choice of clothes. I have also been surprised on some occasions. Some of the stores are great and offer a great price and value.

The only hassle is getting in and out of this location. The exits can be a nightmare.

Beautiful shopping center with big bargains and big brands of Clothes. Big parking area, but fills up very quickly.

I'm from North America so DFO doesn't come close to the outlets we have back home. I do have to say it is a good effort and is well planned out. The food court is good and parking is plentiful.

Direct factory outlet, as name suggests. So many brands shops groceries food gifts jewellery toys footwear. Very nice decor, neat and clean, parking always full in weekend.

Good range of shops and deals. The car park is TERRIBLE, very hard to exit quickly and very expensive too. There should be free parking if you spend over a certain threshold. It is crazy spending $1000 then being charged $40 for parking whilst someone else spends nothing and uses up parking bays and parks for free.
