Diamond Emporium

Diamond Emporium recently made me a magnificent ring. In all my years of buying jewellery i have never had such a wonderful experience, Shelley was superb! nothing was too much trouble, even though i changed my mind a number of times and then after collecting the ring decided i wanted to wear it on a different finger, which meant changing the size! all done with amazing grace and at no cost!
if you are lucky enough to deal with Shelley you will find her amazing! her knowledge outstanding, i learnt more in a few hours than i have in a lifetime and never felt rushed, she is just the most professional, delightful, nicest girl, a real gem!

Rebecca was extremely helpful and made sure that I got the best possible engagement ring within my budget. So pleased with my purchase!
From the beginning Rebecca guided me through every stage of the decision making process, from examining several different diamonds to picking the final custom made ring setting. I had previously visited a few other jewellers in the city but felt the choice of diamonds, the prices and Rebecca's professionalism was by far the best.

Can't speak highly enough of them. I shopped around a LOT looking for the right place (I wanted my ring custom made, so needed to trust the one I chose).

Bec was the one who helped me out, and she was amazing. Really took time to help me find the right diamond, and was the voice of reason, rather than the sales person trying to make a sale - me being really happy with the ring was clearly her priority, rather than just selling a ring.

Once I had the right diamond, they then did CAD mockups (which, when I compare with the finished ring, are spot on) so that I could be sure I was happy with the design, and then they even 3D printed it twice before actually making the ring.

Couldn't be happier with the outcome, will def go back to them for wedding bands, and will recommend to anyone I know who needs a ring!

A professional and dedicated team. Shelley and the rest of the team at Diamond Emporium made the experience of purchasing an engagement ring an incredible and certainly a memorable one. From our first consultation I felt that Shelley was the type of employee that genuinely cares about what she does and how she does it. The first consultation with Shelley quickly set any nerves aside as she walked me through the entire process and gave new information regarding what to look for in a Diamond. Two weeks later and after countless emails back and forth, which were consistently replied to outside of the conventional working hours, I had my Diamond and we set about designing a wedding band. Once the entire process was done Shelley assisted me with insuring the ring, with Q report and informed me on how to care and maintain the ring.

Overall my experience with DE was a perfect 10/10. Shelley and the rest of the team should be commended for their Professionalism and Dedication.
