DIFFERENT. YES!
When my property manager sold their rent roll my property management contract was rolled over to a new property manager. Regretfully this coincided with a tenancy delinquency that got out of hand. Short story the new property manager decided it was all too hard and withdrew their services two weeks out from a Tribunal booking. A bit of a panic on my behalf. The property is in Sydney and I am based in the South of WA. A little bit of web research and a very prompt reply from Scott got me started on a new path. I have now been working with Jeannette for nearly a month and everything is back on track (still waiting for my LL insurance to come to the party, feeling confident). The apartment has been re painted the timber floors re finished and everything professionally cleaned, Jeannette is a whirlwind and super woman combined and always available with friendly laugh. Hang onto this one DIFFERENT she's a dynamo. Thanks for the great work Different team. Looking forward to a great long term property relationship.
