Hi digatalappeal recently Lloyd did work on my27 iMac he is true Genius everything now works very good one big issue was the computer roared on start up very annoying late at night, no body could fix this but Lloyd worked it out and I now can adjust the volume and all the other stuff that didn't work he is a very clever and gifted person a true genius and so many thanks and I will be back to get more toys from your store very soon.Once again thank you Lloyd you are a true Genius.

Could not be happier with the service from the initial call, to the reception, advice and the work done. The crew bent over backwards to accomodate my needs. I live closer to the Apple Store in Newcastle and have had good service from them but it was well worth the hour drive to to have my computer repaired by Digital Appeal. I just wished they were closer.
