I went to buy a DJI Phantom 3 Car Charger which I needed urgently today only to be told that you can’t pay with credit card. On the door they clearly state Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
I was basically told you can’t tap and pay (even though you need a pin) because I might steal the item from the shop.
Wake up!!! It’s 2017 and I use this everywhere without problems. Too bad you’re so convenient because I’d rather drive anywhere else than come back here.

Good place for a gym battle. Parking lot needs to be bigger to be taken seriously.
I would have given this 5 stars, but after 8 of my best pokémon fainted while defeating Lugia, several of us were unable to catch the slippery bugger.

I went in to buy a small camera for an upcoming holiday. Took a number and waited my turn. When the staff member was free he gave me no additional info about the cameras I was comparing, and he couldn't even turn it on for me (as they don't have a demo version). When I said it's very hard to buy something without really seeing it he just signed and said 'yeah'. I went in to support local businesses. May as well buy online.

The retail shop at the front is very small. Not that much on display. Staff weren't that knowledgable about the products. This place is probably more like a distribution centre for online orders that just had a retail shop at the front. Best to go browsing in a proper retail shop unless you know exactly what you want.

Ok i guess, prices range from retail to slightly better than retail. Customer service tends to have this attitude like they know more than you about everything (like dude I'm a professional photographer and you work in a camera shop don't talk down to me). They try to upsell insurance and extras which is irritating... I tend to just go to buy things when I need them quickly and know exactly what I want.

I only shop here if I need something quickly, as they tend to have everything you could ever need (call first to confirm they have stock).

Prices are a little higher than a average for most things, but there are a handful of bargains to be had. - they don't price match or discount for bulk items or bigger orders.

Customer service is ok - never amazing - never terrible. Collectively the staff seem to be well educated about most things, or be able to find a staff member that can help.

Fantastic store, helped with my camera and all my lenses in a very reasonable price and free shipping as I live in regional area. I would recommend for anyone. It's a google trusted store and accept PayPal for so you can shop with peace in mind. "Chat" was the guy help me out. A place that worth checking out !!!

I bought many of my lenses and cameras from this store and it was a great shopping experience. I visited the store but they didn't have the product I needed in stock. So they arranged me a free delivery and it was quicker than I expected. A sales person called 'Chat' helped me a lot with all my enquiries and I'm very happy with his and others service. looking forward to do more shopping with them.
