Went there today.. Looking to get some info and perhaps buy something in the next couple of weeks. The minute he found out I was not going to buy today.. He lost all interest. I have been to the lifestyle store and eastwood hifi. Both knew I was not purchasing today and spent 1 hour with me. Guess where I will be going to buy. The guy that served me was from an indian background.

attended on sat 23/09/2017, customer service is hard to come by in this store. 3 employees on duty, 1 "helped" me for 3 minutes, then they abandoned me for other customers or to simply play on computer/phone. was in store for 25 minutes obviously wanting to discuss options with someone (as i said to the first person). was happy to spend 5-10k in next 4 weeks, now i will go elsewhere.

Good experience with these guys. Postage was prompt. Their biggest trump card is pricing of their packages, others companies couldn't come close to the deal I got here.

The guy I spoke to on the phone was a little blunt! But honest and straight to the point which I actually like.

Ended up spending $7k and feel really good about the transaction. Their only chat feature was very handy too.

Finding a home theater was a daunting task for us. We didn’t know where to begin or what questions to ask, and sales staff never seemed to follow through when we asked. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, so lovely and great first impression of retail showroom. Couldn't have been more helpful, giving me suggestions for speaker and projector, they have a loading zone right next to their shop for easy loading and unloading. If nothing else had gone right with shop Atish ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the shop was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent with an excellent range of product. Staff were beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. The theatre rooms were well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my visit. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Their website is really good with lot of options. We went to the store to check the projector quality and arrange a package for our home theatre. The sales person provide a good deal for us.

Disappointing. I wanted to spend in excess of $500 on a pair of headphones, but apparently it's ok to ignore a customer, walk past them, hen get bothered by their questions. You can't even listen to some of their offerings. Like I'm going to drop five hundred bucks on a pair of headphones without listening to them first. There are plenty of other shops around, don't waste your time going here.

Working worth Atish was great. I ordered a home theatre set with speakers, sub-woofer and receiver. He was a pleasure to work with! I will definitely purchase from again and highly recommend Digital Cinema Auburn location. Thank you...

Great shop,fantastic equipment every music lover would love to have but cannot afford. Could spend hours playing and experiencing the great sound quality being pumped out of the latest and best equipment on the market. Staff are great and know their stuff. Would love to win the HD3700 to replace my 20 year old equipment.
