Over priced.. found same items at least 3 times cheaper at spotlight (see attached spotlight price)

Did my kids Halloween shopping here and was very impressed with the range. Service was good too.

If u decide to go to this party shop be ready to be stalked by their staff member (Muhammad). They don’t like their customers to shop peacefully or comfortably. They will do anything to make u uncomfortable and think you are there to steal and will follow u to the check and make sure that u pay for all the stuff in-spite of the comment “we aren’t stealing anything” to them out loud. And the lady on the counter was so cold, no smile at all.
Never going back there.

Over priced, get same item cheaper or in half price from Kmart/BigW/Target.
Bad customer service (Not keen to assist).
Forget about refund and will get bad look on exchange items. Will not recommend to my friends.

One stop shop for all the party requirements. Be it Birthday, baby shower, hallowe'en. This shop has covered it all.

Unresponsive staff and management. I took something which had incorrect price on it. The counter staff behaved rude and didn't take responsibility for their own fault.
Also apparently stock does not be checked on a regular basis. They are out of stocks on very high demand things like candles, ...

Really awesome variety. You can find absolutely everything for a party here. Some of the stuff is weirdly expensive though, considering the name of the shop has Discount in it

Love the variety of products. We have shopped at the Lidcombe store for our children's parties over the past 4 years. The staff are also very helpful.

A huge variety of party accessories in a huge warehouse. It's reasonably priced compared to normal department stores but you'd come here for the range of items available. Lots to choose from for kids parties through to 21st, hens and bucks etc.

Stunning views of the party themes and every little thing that you may need (things that you don't even know exists) are here! That omg experience is hard to explain! Some of the items are a bit expensive though...

Advertised costume for $49.95 on web...in shop for $89.95..........they did the right thing and honoured the advertised price.

Unprofessional and SLY staff, I had paid over $120 for party equipment including a smoke machine then being advised after purchase that they do not do refunds? They assured me their smoke machine was of great quality and I had nothing to worry about so I took their word for it and purchased it. After purchasing it they had informed me it doesn't work unless it is full of smoke liquid which is UNDERSTANDABLE, what I found to be absolutely unprofessional and sly was the fact they gave me their word that Kmart sells this product, I had travelled to Kmart just to be told they don't sell it and then had to travel to a Dj Shop in Smithfield to obtain the liquid. Next time just bloody say you're unsure, dont palm off a customer with FALSE INFORMATION, to top it off the quality of the strobe light, lights and smoke machine was poor, not worth the money I would recommend sourcing another shop

On a side note, you're not fooling anyone with the previous reviews you've obviously had these organised through friends and family, its obvious through the wording of the review its more advertising than sharing personal opinion or experience of the store, 2 bad reviews on balloons then a 5 star review about the balloons being recommended, nice try guys but your customers aren't idiots.

They always have what ever you need for a party etc. I highly recommend this store to buy from. I always buy balloons from them.

Awesome party place with a wide variety of party-inspired stock. Don't let the front fool you, there's plenty inside from colour themed cutlery, to blow-up islands for a Hawaiian theme to the back of the store where they have a wide selection of costumes, for young and old.

Hired a helium tank off these guys and paid an additional $40 for a gel that can be used to keep the balloons inflated for 48 hours as advised by staff.

12 hours after filling a house full of balloons they started dropping one by one.

Called the store to see if they could help me out maybe even send a few replacements so I could still have something up at the party. Manager there wanted me to bring all of them back fully inflated or otherwise he can't do anything for me... what a clown, how the hell am I supposed to get 100 inflated balloons back to you 2.5 hours before a party with a ute?

Worst experience from a party shop ever, go to leumeah party hire instead of service is what you seek guys, staff helped me out a lot and were a pleasure to deal with!! Discount party hire will just leave you in the dark
