Distillery Botanica

We are a boutique distillery on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales. Owned by astute herbalist & distiller Philip Moore, our distillery is home to an array of award winning tipples including Moore’s Dry Gin & Distillery Botanica Gin.

Our distillery is set amongst 3 acres of beautiful gardens, which we can proudly say have been here for nearly fifty years. Perhaps some of you might even remember us as ‘The Fragrant Gardens’, which was once a nursery and garden centre.

When he's not busy concocting delicious drops, you'll find Philip tending to the gardens. After purchasing Distillery Botanica over a decade ago, Philip has been busy re-establishing the gardens, planting beautiful botanicals and flowering plants (which do feature regularly in his range! ).

Philip has enduring passions for plants and botanicals as well as the flavours and aroma of food and drinks and whilst he is a trained herbalist and horticulturalist, he now put plants into bottles rather than pots because, well. . they taste nicer!

We really love visitors, so come a take a stroll through our lovely gardens and drop into the cellar door to taste Philip's award winning delectable range. Philip delights in guiding visitors through tastings and gains quite the satisfaction from their sometimes rapturous response to his drinks.

Our cellar door is open Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 5pm.
