About Us:
We're fresh, we're new, we're situated in the one of the most prestigious suburbs of Sydney and we're all about success, positivity and keeping the workplace happy. We're looking for like for like individuals who want a dedicated desk in a bright office space designed for ease and flexibility to work from and build the business of your dreams.
The Location:
We're located on Oxford street with entry to the building via Victoria Street. We are a stone throw away from great lunch /dinner locations such as The Paddington, 10 Williams St, The London, The Nelson Hotel, Paddington Inn and much more. There's public transport around us and street parking in the area is available.
The Space:
We're an 80sq meter space with a total of 12 desks, a board room with 6 seats, plenty of storage space with options to add your own. Wi-Fi internet and printing is included. We have a separate Kitchen and bathrooms for Ladies and Gents. We have lift access and room to store your bicycles if you choose to ride into work and there is plenty of parking in the area. You will have 24 /7 access to the space and we have security cameras in place for peace of mind. The space has air conditioning for those hot days and heating as well for the cold ones.
This space is suited for businesses requiring one desk up to a maximum of 8 desks.
Terms:
We're flexible and open to discuss this but ideally 1 week being the minimum with a maximum of 12 + Months.
The Cost:
Each dedicated desk has a promotion up until mid-June - $110 + GST where after this time we will revert the cost to $150 + GST. Again – this is negotiable based on length of stay.
