Charged an hour for not even 5 mins work, very dissatisfied and will never be using these guys again.

Our old AC was failing when the outside temperature reached 35. John and another technician came out and diagnosed that our thermostat may be faulty and there was a slight leak. He re-gassed the unit and since then we have had 42-degree days and the unit has not failed once. Thank you.
