Doi Life Coffee

Doi Life is a dedicated team of coffee lovers, enthusiasts and experts investing time and resources into finding the best cup of coffee from the ground up.

Doi Life Coffee was born from a friendship struck in the Mountains of Chiang Mai in Thailand, between John, an Illawarra coffee loving scientist (South of Sydney) and a coffee farming community leader (Anurak) who has led and inspired the coffee farmers in these mountains for years. Their goal has always been to produce specialty coffee in an ecologically sustainable way, educating the famers to produce quality coffee beans from the communal farms, working together in unity processing the beans to highest standard all the way to the final delicious cup of coffee. This inspired John to source quality coffee beans from similar farms from around the world, and to learn the roasting art from Master roasters and to present to the public truly top quality coffee beans that produce delicious coffee to drink.

The word “Doi” in Thai language means mountain. So our business and brand means “Mountain Life”. The way of life of the mountain people is the reason and spirit behind our brand “Doi Life” and all our products we create are built on these principles inspired by the mountain people
