Really average customer service hey.

Nice shopping center, good outlets. Nice view coffee shops.

I visited Domayne Belrose store on 22 October 2016 to return a faulty camera lens. The lens has an intermittent fault and is not recognised by my camera in certain situations. (80D).
I told the attendant at Belrose that it was faulty and I would like a refund. He told me that he would have to test it first. I then said I didn’t have time for that and would leave it with him. His response was, you have to take it with you, if you leave it I will throw it in the bin. Shocked at this statement I walked out of the store
Since then I have sent two emails over two weeks and heard nothing from them. They say on their website that they will try and get back to you within 24 hours. This does not happen. For some reason they feel that by ignoring my communications that this will go away. I can assure the people that decided not to make contact with me that this is not the best way to sort out a problem as my next move is to contact their CEO.

8 November 3pm: A nice man has just called me from Domain and given me a refund over the phone.

HOPELESS is the word to describe this store. Bought a fridge 4 weeks ago and was told will receive a call when it is in stock for delivery. Obviously after I called up after one week as I did not receive a phone call and been told the salesperson must have forgotten the call as the fridge was in stock for 5 days already!
Fridge delivered was faulty (which I don't blame the Store for it) and I organised for them to come and have a look. The freezer does not freeze properly and obviously this is a health hazard and needs to be addressed immediately. Contractor from Westinghouse came of Friday 12th Feb and advised that "We have sold you a lemon" and will organise with Harvey Norman store for a new one. Today is 21st Feb and I have not heard from the store yet so decided to call up. After the person on the phone checked with his manager he started asking questions like "what was the fault?" "what was the name of the contractor?" and all sorts of questions stating they did not have a clue that such claim exists. And we trusted them and waited for 10 days to follow up!!
Been promised now that a fridge will be sent tomorrow ! we'll see...

This place is a sheltered work shop for Harvey Norman staff with zero sales skills. I walked in to buy an advertised special a couple of weeks ago and the sales manager was so rude we walked out.

Less than 5 minutes upon entering the staff had greeted me. The staff were friendly and made it an enjoyable shopping experience.

Purchased a bed set for my little girl and She loved it! Could not wait to buy another set for my boy and mum too.Everyone is happy for what they have got!
Customer service is alway best and his professional advise led us to make the correct decision.

Went shopping for new electric bed here as a last resort, after being told at another local store this bed did not come in a double. I should not have wasted my time there, instead I should have come directly here as the assistant was simply wonderful. She greeted us with a friendly attitude, eager to assist where she could and gave us the information we needed to make a smart purchase. We had no problems parking., no problems with getting delivery, nothing in store was over priced as it was very good quality, a huge range and we even got a bit of a discount on the specials. What a wonderful experience it was to shop here. What ever I need in the future, I will get here. Thanks Domayne.

Reasonable store. Not as big as Harvey Norman nearby.

The lady that I spoke to (sorry I forgot your name) was extremely helpful and really understanding. I think you can find better quality for the price elsewhere considering I found Domayne to be entry level pre built furniture (not like IKEA or Amart).

They do have a really big clearance section though so remember to check that out (up stairs towards the northern end of the building) potential to save some money there.

I would say they are making a decent profit on the homewares because I found those to be quite expensive but really nice pieces. Perhaps just keep an eye out for when they have sales on.

Good range, extremely overpriced for the quality received.

Fab service from Judy in photos, got best deal on my 5* kettle & 4 slice toaster. Bought all appliances for my new kitchen, great savings yeah!

The Apple Mac, technician so helpful, and appreciated.

More expensive than other stores, it found out that if you ask for a deal or can show a price online they might match it

Great computers should check them out the guy in charge of them is a legend and has unique stock. Furniture and decorations are over priced though.

Everytime I think you still there is always lots of store people around to help and generally if they help if you have to take something back they're very helpful as well very good on that as I've had problems with things in the past and I bought from them that's generally not their fault that is generally the person who built the object they're just selling it before that they're good

I went to Domayne , Warrawong we no intentions of buying a lounge from there , I just wanted to get an idea of what would look nice in my new home .
I got immediate service from a lady called chrissy , she almost did cart wheels to help me decide what would look great , the colourings , the quality and she looked after me on price as well , after spending over an hour with her I walked out with a new lounge ordered and side table .
The lounge is now in my new home and Chrissy was right , it looks amazing . All service assistance should be like this lady genuine and caring and go out of the way to make you feel special. I will do business again with Domayne Warrawong but only with her .

We placed an order for a delivery in the morning. Took time off for it and was rudely told that it was a pm delivery. The staff tried to help a little but were unable to make any meaningful changes. Delivery was delayed by 4 days.

Also the warranty is only valid if you take the time to process the application. This is not made clear at point of sale. Next time save your self the hassle and shop else where. Shop somewhere that has integrity.

N.b I'd actually rank this as -5 if that was an option.

What a fantastic store. I was recommended to your store from a friend and upon doing so, had the pleasure of meeting Chris, in bedding and Manchester. She was so easy to deal with, simply made some suggestions, agreed to it and the whole process just evolved so smoothly, so much so that I purchased something from each department, Chris coordinated the delivery and everything went according to plan.
I would also like to compliment Rebecca, in Chris's absence that helped me with a small issue and did so competently and with total professionalism.

In closing, all the staff that I had dealings with exceeded my expectations, including the delivery team who took up the challenge to deliver to the top floor in record time and once again exceeded my expectations.
Thank you also to the store manager "Osccin"(apologies for not spelling it correctly) who sorted out a small issue for me promptly and again without fuss.
I would have no hesitation in recommending "Domayne" at West Gosford to my friends and family.

Excellent service. 10 out of 10 for Ramen who was very knowledgable and helpful for the product we were after.

Went looking at kitchen appliances and after a downer experience at Harvey Norman, we were lucky to be taken care by Brian Rundell at Domayne. He was so lovely and had wonderful expertise to share. Highly recommend Brian if you are looking for Home Appliances. Made the experience so lovely, as it should be when you are looking to make purchases.

We're long time customers of Domayne and always been very happy with customer service. But we're in I few weeks ago and a a new staff member was very unhelpful, and spoken down to and really felt uncomfortable asking 'silly' questions. He really didn't want to help at all...

It can be quite expensive for furniture but not too bad on other things.

Good range and relatively inexpensive. Not easy to park there though.

Customer service is non existent. Problem with lounge bought almost 2 years ago within weeks of being delivered. Faulty piece repaired 3 times to no avail. Returned to me approx 6 weeks ago and 2 weeks later, same problem. Contact domayne and told someone would get back to me in a day or so. Waited week and half and nothing. Called again and was assured someone would get back to me the next day, that was 2 days ago. It seems that they do not give a damn about customer service.

Ask if they could do a deal on the dji phantom 4 as it was overpriced compared to other retailers, some a good $300 cheaper and got a no on the price drop. Talk about trying to steal you money for the price they asked.

Good sized store with plenty of stock. The staff are quite motivated and helpful though I did find them a little too eager when you have already spoken with them and are then just trying to male a decision. This can be off putting for me.
But I've never left this place feeling let down or disappointed in my purchases

I must give 5 star to domayne because I got a great deal for my full size fridge and washer last December end of year sale. I tried to buy some second hand appliance but I got the same brand new appliances for same price. Guys try domayne when they got a sale they have quality products for lower price.

I bought an office desk, coffee table, tv unit and lamp table from Domayne. The delivery was exactly on time as agreed, with a call prior to arrival. The deliverers also assembled the items which was quite a big job and well worth the extra cost. One of the items did not fit the space, and on calling Domayne they quickly and pleasantly agreed that I could swap it for another. On the down side, the in store customer service is very variable. some staff stand around chatting loudly about their personal issues while ignoring the customer, while a few others are very helpful, pleasant and professional.

Danielle in kitchen appliance section was extremely helpful and courteous, great service and willingness to help.

It is a good store with plenty of new. Reasonable price.

Furniture Department needs to back off. Greeted at the door, that's fine, lady was nice. But then another bloke approached me and I said I was just looking, he gave the obligatory "let me know if I can help", no dramas. Then briefly looked at a mattress and commented to my son that it was a super king. A 3rd fellow started talking AT me, even though I said I was just looking.. then said very rudely "what don't you want to know about the mattress?!" then they were all 3 talking in an aisle looking at me. I left because I felt very uncomfortable walking around after that.

Just like hardly normal ... lost of everthing

Served by Brandon who went well above the norm in making sure that we got what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble. He is an absolute breath of fresh air and an absolute credit to the company. Very satisfied. Thanks indeed.

Had some warranty issues with LG and after going to fair trading Domayne eventually stepped in and gave me a full refund. Response could have been faster but a lot of it has to do with the manufacturer dropping the ball and leaving the store to clean up the mess. Plenty of room for improvement but at least they are trying to improve.

Quality service, extremely knowledgeable, competent and friendly staff. Their tech service went above and beyond expectations for any retailer I've ever visited. Was quick and simple. Thank you all!

Quite a big store with furniture and electronics. Price is alright but it pays to look at Harvey Norman a few doors down too!

It's pretty expensive compared to other stores that are in the same local area and are in shopping centres to compare to one another. This store is by itself and isn't particularly easy to access depending on which direction you're coming from.

Some great furniture here and helpful staff. Little pricey.

Adam and Hamid in bedding section misled to get my business. One lied on 'made in Taiwan' as made in QLD Australia on Sealy bed, one lied to throw in speaker to finalise the deal... they have lots of tricks to get you pay more in the end after key sale. At delivery they left mattress upstairs and heavy base 99kg downstair, asking us to dismantle it first to take upstairs then assemble it up there while Sealy advised us it can't be done. Then Hamid wanted to charge extra $200 for $6800 bed after I waited for whole 2 days at home for delivery. With nearly 20cm gap tilt they did not join the bed with bed head leaving 4 long screws on the floor and they did not even open the 2 bedside tables boxes saying they are only paid to undo the bed, all they did was just moving the base upstairs and put mattress on it. how they so called 'installation'? Also they delivered cheaper model of the bedside table and long legs of bed which I did not want with 3 times reminding.......

They will charge you 20% restock fee if you want refund......They don't even deserve 1 star. Be careful they seem very nice and polite till you buy something, then you will anticipate nightmare! CAll Dominic on 0412 566 477 to get full and true story with photo images. I still consider to take them to Fair Trading! Got a great deal on kitchen appliances. Unfortunately though in the A/V section, they sell lots of overpriced "Monster Cable"s, and I refuse to pay the money asked for a digital cable.

Terrible customer service and lack of communication between employees regarding customer's order situation. Was told I would be notified (called) when my order arrived but did not, and I had to call back myself, and was told it arrived last week!

Office chair that I purchased required assembly, but did instruction sheet was no where to be found. You would think, considering how much the products costs at Domayne that their products and packaging would go through all the QC and QA checks to make sure that everything, instructions included, would be in the box.

Would NOT recommend. Better off going to Officeworks or IKEA to get a better deal and better customer service.

Tina (AUBURN DOMAYNE) in bedding is the most unprofessional lying sales woman I have ever come across. She firstly suffed up our order so we cancelled the order - 1 month later she tells us we did not cancel the order and wants us to pay. LIER LIER LIER - TINA CHANGE YOUR NAME TO PINOCHHIO_ UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE UTMOST

This place has the most awful customer service. Staff are really rude over the phone, do not now how to listen to customers and on top of that products or item has damage upon delivery. Delivery man are very rude as well. I hope this people will learn how to value their customers and not just being friendly upon selling their products.

Staff lovely, however, the store itself is a franchise and therefore you are unable to return whatever you buy to another Domayne Store as I found out and had to drive 130 klms to get a refund (which was not their policy). Lucky I don't live in Perth. I wish I was informed about this before I made the purchase. This is ridiculous. I will never buy anything from this store again and I will certainly make others aware of it.
