I Recommend everyone to service their cars here!! The service department always go above and beyond making my experience pleasurable. They are patient and always happy to explain everything before they go ahead with any repairs on my car. Nothing is ever too much hassle for them, always a pleasure to deal with.

We purchased our Focus Titanium through the customer relations manager at Dominelli Kirrawee mid 2016. She guided us through the sale very professionally and the follow up with the Service Department has been exemplary.
I have had no hesitation in recommending the dealership to my friends and acquaintances.

After my Ranger's dash flashed orange and gears clunked, the manual said don't drive & call the dealer immediately. I did on Monday morning 2 weeks ago. Since then, I have received one update! I have chased them 4 times, and now being told my vehicle is out of action for another week, that totals 3 weeks a business vehicle is out of action. I have left 2 messages the last 2 days to discuss a replacement vehicle while my car is off the road. No call backs! If you pride your business on its customer service, spend a day in your customers shoes. No car for 3 weeks, and no autonomous updates from the dealer. I ask, would you support that business going forward?? Due to my experience I wont recommend dealing with them.

We would like to share our incredible experience with Customer Service Manager went above and beyond the call of duty. There were a bit problem from begin but at the end I picked up a beautiful Mondeo Trend just right before Easter , even offering to come back or calling with any help. We highly recommend their service to Friends and Family.
