Domino'S Pizza

These guys deserve 0 stars. According to their own Pizza tracker my recent order sat in their store for over 30 minutes before even leaving to be delivered to my house. 10 minutes later it was delivered. Luke warm at best. Their response. We're busy. Why make a Pizza to have it sit in the store for over 30 minutes you idiots?

It's Dominos. You get what you pay for. Cardboard.

Pizza order arrived incorrectly. I then rang them and he suggested because the supreme that they delivered instead of ham and pineapple was more expensive that I could keep it. I proceeded to explain that I had kids that only wanted ham & pineapple. There was no apology and we had to wait another 20 mins for correct pizza and they INSISTED on returning the wrong supreme pizza which I can only presume they were going to then sell onto someone else after it had been sitting waiting for my correct order. I would've thought basic customer service they would've just thrown that in the for the hassle. Will not use dominos again. TERRIBLE customer service.

Rude and arrogant staff who say the store doesn't honour franchise promotions or deals, very bad attitude = wont be spending a cent in this pathetic store!

Poor customer service and the BBQ chicken and bacon pizza had 1 piece of bacon per piece and hardly any chicken. Rip off

Bad service, ordered garlic bread and got a drink but staff are stubborn and would not switch or refund.

They really need to get non slip grip on the stairs. Those stairs are a death trap in the wet. I should know i had a severe fall with injuries to prove it.

Food poisoning in our house today only 1 person ate the raw prawns on a pizza and they are the only one sick also didn't honour their 20 minute delivery........ Why pay extra $ if you don't honour it 😡😡😡

A great kid friendly barbers shop. Awesome service. Lovely puppy dogs to keep you company while you wait.

This store has great fast service, the staff are efficient.
The only issue is there is really no place to site for 15min while waiting for your order other than the one small bench.
Having said that though the front shop is very small just bigger enough for the order counter.
I suppose you could call ahead with the order and just run in and collect, no need to sit.

Amazing staff and good pizzas

Pizzas were delightful. Friendly staff at front and had no problem with waiting for my food , the cutter was even able to take my request of cutting the pizzas with a clean knife as I cannot eat other meats. Excellent night meal !

Over two hours for two pizzas. Order was supposed to be delivered and because of delays we had to pick it up ourselves. Even then it was an hour before we got our pizzas. Not good enough. Would not go back very unorganised and poorly run store

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this store on the evening of Sunday, 3 September 2017. The manager and his team did not deliver my order. I called to cancel the order and they made my life a living hell telling me it is my fault. When they finally agreed to cancel the order, the manager could not give me any confirmation receipt or email that my order was canceled and a refund was processed. He continued to blame me for the situation and say that I will get my money back within 5 working days. I will NEVER order from this store or perhaps any Dominos again if this is how the customer service is. It would serve store owners well to ensure the teams in charge take care of the customers and community, not abuse them.

Fast service and good pizza

I ordered my pizza at 7.15pm. ETA was 8.05pm. Order thin and crispy got a call at 7.50pm manager called from store to tell me that there is no thin and crispy but can do it classic. No problems came 8.30pm called the store this time pizza been ready for half an hr they ha e 6 delivery guy no one will be available for atleast 40mins. Meaning cold pizza. They recommended that I go pick up my cold pizza. Went in store Rouse hill NSW and they had the nerve to still ask for $70 for the pizza compared to $74 if I got them delivered and on time and it wasn't cold. Dealt with the manager Sheilina so rude and arrogant gave me my pizza for $20 and she would give me my garlic bread and cheesy bread just my pizza and she was the rudest person I could have dealt with. Little does she know that I saved her delivery guy from dropping two coke zero bottle that were on the roof of his cars just minutes earlier which I regret doing. . . . . I hate Domino's rouse hill and that it got arrogant and rude staff that can't handle work load and expect customers to eat cold pizza at premium prices.

Don't bother always late. . . Ordered my pizza for delivery at 7pm called them at 8.59pm still had to wait for another half an hr for delivery. Plus the manager shalein was rude and still had the nerve to charge me for cold pizza. . . Recommend to support your local and don't bother with Dominos. .

Normal dominos pizza, but what really stands out is the customer service. You get greeted as soon as you get trough the door (I was a first time customer not a regular) and they just treat you really well overall.
Even when they didn't have the cheesier garlic bread, that I ordered online, they gave me a garlic cheese pizza instead and still apologized multiple times.

I want to say that i am a late night pizza lover. I enjoy a pepperoni pizza while i watch a movie and Waqas knows how i like it. Seriously, best guy out there for making a domino's pizza. When he is able to buy his own restaurant, i will be there brother!

Thanks Sandy Kaur and team for making an effort to cook the Vegetarian pizza separately. Great different taste.

Terrible customer service. When online app says order completed and we didn`t receive any thing?? Called them and they said it is still in the oven????

Best delivery service! I got the hottest delivery guy the other night. I wish I knew he’s name because hot damn. Someone help me find him. He’s tall and really slim, shortish hair and green eyes I think. Yum

Same as anywhere else. Except the app said this store doesn't deliver to a hotel that's only 4 minutes away.

They made my order an hour early so I called them and said it says online that my order is ready and it shouldn't be for over an hour and they told me that I did something wrong and that I have to have the old pizzas (One had prawns on it) and the manager got aggressive towards me so I showed him the proof that they stuff up, he didn't even apologise for what he said and how he acted, I was told (by the manager) when I came in that my pizzas were in the oven at that very moment yet 30 minutes later I'm still waiting for them. The employees were nice about everything but the manager was nothing but rude and disrespectful, I don't know if it was because I am a female, pregnant or if his ego was hurt since he was proved wrong. The joys continued when I got home only one pizza was warm the other two were cold, I added and paid for chicken to be put on one of the pizzas yet there wasn't any to be seen, and because of all the hassles and dirty looks from the manager I was to scared to even eat the pizza in case he had done something to it expecially since he was the one putting the toppings on the the pizzas. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED, will never be going back.

They have OK pizzaas and I really like the service so yeah pretty good

Expensive for what you get.

Pizzas very inconsistent, sometimes excellent, often very poor. Sides are nice in theory, terrible in execution; soggy chips, ordinary desserts.

Avoid this place if your going to order a large amount of pizzas. The staff can't handle it, completely incompetent. Better off making your own at home.

Wish if there is more seating to relax and enjoy the pizza..!

was disgusting bought 6 pizzas for $100 from dominoes wentworthville hardley no toppings and our prawn pizza was cut in 8 pieces with 5 prawns plus public holiday surcharge and 2 taxes never again dominoes

Not worth even one star. Came to pick up my order and it was already given to someone else. When I asked they said another customer came before me. Doesn't make any sense.

A bit of a hit and miss, but generally good quality. Besides, prices are great with coupons.

Had my mum and dad's favourite pizza from Domino's - thin and crispy ham and pineapple with pepperoni - while we watched the footy. Perfect night at home.

I do enjoy the pizza and shakes from here but when I walked in and ordered a drink I had to ask them where it was after waiting 15 minutes and they had not stsrted

They burnt the pizza and packed. They gave to customers. Store manager was very rude. I had worst experience.
