Domino'S Pizza Blacktown

Ordered our pizzas at 11:47am, a Vegorama without cheese and a Spicy Veg Trio with pepperoni added. Right after placing the order I tried calling the store six times before they answered. I asked that the pepperoni be added on top of the cheese but they said they couldn't because they had already put the pizza in the oven. 35 minutes later the pizzas arrive (despite them being "in the oven" when I called and we only live 10-15 minutes away by car) and there were literally 3 pieces of pepperoni added to the Spicy Veg Trio and it was overcooked. The Vegorama had barely any toppings. The normal garlic bread wasn't cooked through and the bolognese baguette thing was burnt and stuck to the foil. I was gonna call up but after reading the other reviews I felt there was no point. I'm honestly surprised that with all the bad reviews and bad service that the store is even still open.

Good pizza shop. Gets busy but worth it. Order online and arrive for pickup on time.

Hi dominos. How are you? Oh how am I? Glad you asked. I'm hungry. Ravenous even. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza edge with extra pepperoni and extra cheese with a garlic bread on the side for delivery. Your wonderful website told me it would be delivered at x o'clock. Well it was delivered at x + 30 minutes. It was also delivered white. And by white I mean not cooked or cooked enough to barely melt the cheese. The reason I was given was "it went through the oven". Are you serious? I can pass my hand through my oven without it being cooked! Your delivery guy, who I might add it isn't his fault, I doubt he cooked it, was polite and professional. He offered to call the manager and did. I was so angry I closed the door and now I have no pizza and I'm down 20 something dollars. I operate a mister Minit franchise in Blacktown (your welcome to stop in and say hi) and I will be telling every single person of my experience tonight that I come across in the foreseeable future. Hi Dominos Blacktown,

During a late night of weekend work, I decided to treat myself to a pizza.
Unfortunately I haven’t had a Dominos pizza in well over a decade so just wanted to check if it was now standard practice to only send out partial items consisting of whatever the franchise owner felt like.

After placing my order, I was informed that a side wasn’t available so I happily changed it for another side and eagerly awaited my forthcoming cheesy treat.

After multiple estimated delivery time changes on the online tracker, I was glad to see the delivery driver drive past my office a paltry 30 minutes late (presumably to see how all the other offices in the complex are hard at work in the dark at 11pm on a Saturday night) before looping back around to me

After getting my hands on the food, I took it inside to discover that the 12 pack of churros did not have any of the much anticipated chocolate sauce as described on the website

I did check to see if my pal, the delivery driver, was back in the other corner of the complex but he had left.

Upon calling the Blacktown store manager, Kamal, he informed me that they had run out of chocolate sauce but I guess he had been too busy with the lack of the other sides in the restaurant to inform me of this or even the delivery driver before I took receipt of the order.

Upon asking if I could hand back the half-a-dessert and be refunded for the untouched churros I was informed that my lack of knowledge of what the Blacktown store does and does not have was something I’d need to deal with myself or hand over all the food for a refund.

Given the wait I’d been through to get the food in the first place, handing over a half eaten pizza was unfortunately no longer an option so the question I now pose to you and your Blacktown store is this;

Would dry, non-chocolate-dipped churros be better used as bookends or door stops

Great Domino's outlet near Kmart Blacktown. Have been ordered pizzas from this outlet so many times and we always got our order right and ready on time.

Pizzas was 50 minutes late from delivery time. Only reason I ordered and had it delivered was because I was sick and unable to cook. Needed something fast for my hungry 5 year old.

When it was past 20minutes from the delivery time I called up the shop only to be poorly attended to. Eventually was told that delivery is 1.5 to 2 hours delayed.
Had to ask the manager for something complimentary. But to my surprise (not) this was not delivered with the order as promised.

Poor service!!!!!

I rate minus 5 stars!!!!! Staff answering phone was very rude & unprofessional, asked to speak with manager & he too was extremely rude & hung up on me. The food was even worse than the non existent customer service.

Nice Pizza. Lyndon provides good customer service. Would recommend this store.
