Domino'S Pizza Darlinghurst

Tonight was the worst experience from Dominos. Very unprofessional staff, they canceled orders without notifying customers. It wasn't until I called at 9:45pm that I was told that my order along with ALL other delivery orders were all cancelled. The staff member who I was talking to was reluctant to give me any information about the situation that was happening there, when I asked to speak to the manager on duty, I was told he was on another call and I asked for him to call me back and was told "umm, i don't know if he can do that". I'll be speaking to head office about this appalling behaviour.

Pizza was terrible and they got my order wrong for the 2nd time

I ordered a deep pan chilli pork pizza using your website using my mobile around 7.20pm today to be picked up at Darlinghurst store at checkout it showed pickup was at 7.44 pm When I went to the store at 7.43 the computer screen showed my pizza was ready when I asked for it the front counter staff her name was Rebekah told me it's still in the oven. She was abrupt rude and not even an apology given for delay. At 7.55 I saw my pizza come out from oven the guy manning the pizza just flopped it on to the box as if it was rubbish causing half the pizza to land on the lid. Then they showed me the pizza which wasn't deep pan. They were giggling no apologies it was a joke to them. Muppets like them shouldn't work in hospitality and handle food. Calling the Darlinghurst store a restaurant is an absolute joke I have had better customer service from market stalls with more competence absolute disgrace dominos

The Best Prawns Bacon & Feta pizza in the whole Domino ' chain. Highly recommended!

Service is medium at best.
Several orders have had the wrong items or missing items, then the last time...we even waited 1.5 hours only to tell us it will be another hour for a delivery.. Umm why wait that long to tell us we could have walked there to pick it up!
Im still stewing over that - was not happy.
will prob go back after i get over it.. but until then #pizzahut
