I used Domino's app to order pizzas. I chose the way of pick-up but I actually wanted delivery. Then I called them for delivery, but they asked me to pay $10 dollars extra for delivery fees! It was too ridiculous! What a terrible service that was!

worst pizza shop. Bunch of idiots who don't know the meaning of customer service. Specially the manager he is rude and should be fired immediately.

Absolutely horrible the new management is terrible I had 2 bad experiences with this store. 1st experience - So nobody in my family wants to cook so we order 3 pizzas this was about a few days after new management the guy delivering the pizza had no I dear where he was going even though my house is a couple blocks away we wait for an hour we call the store they say that the guy is lost so yeah after we were to hungry so we went to go and get McDonalds and we see the delivery and he's literally a street off of were the pizzas are meant to go. 2nd Experience - So me and my friend were walking around the place there was an event at a local school so we got board so we went to the park to meet one of my friends and I get the idea of getting Ozark for us and our friends so we go order it in store. I order my pizza and yeah done we wait outside for a while we don't see my name on the little screen but instead I see the name Jason so I think they put my name down as Jason so we're waiting for our pizzas some more it's been about ten minutes sense we order we asked if our pizzas were done they said they were being cut so I wait about two to three more minutes they say there still being cut so I wait some more (note the store was not busy at all there were about 3 other orders) we.ask about our pizzas and we are told there being cut so I'm pretty mad now and also my friend is too so we had to wait literally 15 minutes in total sense they said our pizzas were being cut (I wasn't just wait for 5 and then the go back in I wait about 2 minutes each time we were told the same thing) after the 15 minutes we finally got our pizzas and thing was the second time we were told the pizzas were being cut there were 3 pizza boxes sitting behind the counter and that same box gets handed to me I was so angry at this point and thing was I ordered a pepperoni and a cheese for my other friends the reason I ordered a cheese was for my Muslim friend and vegetarian friend and they found pepper on on the cheese pizza and there was pepperoni on one of the pizzas so they only got a bite of pizza each. So the only reason I'm not giving them a one star is because the pizza was what you pay for except for a $15 pizza which tasted like cardboard I swear they over charge for the bbq meat lovers, but the pepperoni is what you get and its mediocre

Very bad experience and will never recommend any person to go there

Recommended a chocolate mousse by the staff in the store, went home and opened up found a big mould 1cm on the mousse, not worthy to drive back to show them

Refused to deliver despite being the closest store at 3km away. Were super rude about it. Terrible staff, kinda glad I didn't have the opportunity to give them my money.
