Domino'S Pizza Glebe

Was having trouble trying to on line so rang the store in glebe . I am an Australian and speak very clearly was answered by an asian accent who couldnt understand me and she just hung up on me . I only wanted to order a pizza

Called to make a delivery and a Indian employee could barely understand my American accent, due to his poor english skills. After 10 minutes of not understanding me, I guess he decided to hang up the phone. I called back and told the manager Ashiin, that I wanted to make a complaint and asked for the employee name who hung up the phone and he told me that it was one of his drivers and he didn't know his name. I asked him how could he be the manager and not know his employees name, and after asking him 20 times for his name he finally decided to give it to me and then hung up the phone on me. When I called him back to ask for his District Manager name he told me that he didn't know it and said that he will be blocking my number as well in a very rudely tone. I have never been so disrespected by someone who sells pizza for a living.

Domino's in the US would be disgusted with the service here in Australia.

The most unorganized staff members in this Domino's. A month ago I picked up a pizza after work just to find out it was raw when I got home. Today I ordered online for pick up again and after coming back to the car I opened the box just to realize they hadn't added the mushroom sauce to my pizza (which they charged me for). Staff gets cranky when you point out they've made a mistake. Plenty restaurants around Glebe, never buying from Domino's again.

Placed an order, for 1 pizza for $25. Gave them my phone number, to which I received a text confirming my order but never received the order. called back and they said I never placed an order! I said I have a text from them! they said they can take my order again and give me garlic bread to compensate. I wasn't happy and wanted to talk to the manager but he was "busy" so I hung up and ordered Thai food for $20 which was way better!!

I have now had to change my rating of this store. Let's start with a few months back I had a driver call me and state they couldn't find my place, ends up he was cycling through a park because he must have thought I lived under a bridge. The last few orders I've received have clearly been quantity over quality. For a long standing business to treat long term customers of the area in this way is quite disappointing. You really have to lift your game.. mushroom in a cheese and ham pizza is really a poor effort

Ordered online to pick it up in-store and everything was perfectly done. I didn't spend more than 15 seconds to pick up, pay and walk away. And it was delicious!
