Not the best toppings or value for money

Very very very poor customer service. I made a telephone order on the night of 13/10/2017 at 6:45pm. for a specific pizza (butter chicken with extra cheese and chicken) she repeated the order to me on the phone and charged me an amount to be paid for when the delivery driver arrives. When the pizza arrived it was a totally different pizza. The extremely poor customer service followed through when i made the call to the store and spoke to the manager at 7:35PM. She just didn't want to listen to my concerns, and i can hear her tone of her voice was very vulgar, and was not very helpful in finding a solution to keep a repeat customer on board to the store. The start of the problems was the orginal girl i spoke to on the phone. Burning clients in that sort of manner is very unhealthy for the longetivity of the business. Infact have chose pizza hut as an avenue to experience exceptional customer care and service

Dreadful customer service. Topping off the pizza. Simply wanted some acknowledgement, to notify them, nothing more. And their response? Were extremely rude. Definitely will not be using them again.

Terrible customer service. The kids working there look like they were recruited out of primary school and have the intelligence to match their age. Not surprising when you see how the store manager ( who resembles a cross between a hippo and a pig ) speaks to the ethnic drivers there. To be expected from a typical westie bogan suburb

Terribly dissatisfied! The board says that any 3 pizzas +garlic bread+ 1.25 litre coke will come at a price of $36.. when we place the order of the above combo meal, we are asked a price of $49..the reason being we chose chicken and prawn pizzas..and the offer is valid when u choose pizzas other than chicken and prawn..guys you should really mean what you display and not advertise incorrect stuff. Also the place charges 10% surcharge for a take away on Sunday.. which pizza place would do that ?????

Very unprofessional and rude Manner from the manager Sue Mays. Firstly we received 5 wrong pizza's and delivery was late ( I paid extra for fast delivery) and when we called the store Sue the store/franchises Manger wasn't sorry and was screaming on the phone said they are busy and our original order will take another 20 min ( I paid extra $3 for fast delivery as I had kids and guest waiting it was embarrassing). Sue wasn't sorry and didn't apologise for they mistake all she said was I can give you credit of $3.00 for the fast delivery, I told her I'll take this further she said good for you go ahead I don't care!
I would never recommend Domino's Pizza to anyone especially if the franchise/ store manager has no ethics and treats her customers with no respect. I'll definitely be taking this further!!!
