Domino'S Pizza Mount Colah

Called up due to a mistake for online ordering, completely ignored me and hung up. Sorry but i'm not going to pick the pizza up now bud. Get better employees. This happened on the 9/9/17

The pizza is usually good, as long as your aren't particularly attached to getting exactly what you ordered.
The staff are polite and apologetic when speaking about rectifying problems, but talk is cheap, and follow through is uncommon.

Reliable quality for pick-up $5 cheapies and for hot and tasty home delivery. Delivery pizzas are excellent.

Pizzas almost always have the wrong toppings. Often delivered with the wrong sides. The person claiming to be the manager is always very rude when asked to please send the correct food. Was told to not order from them again. Which would be nice if I could get delivery from the store 5 minutes more distant. I still don't see why Domino's forces people to order from a bad store when it's in a heavily populated area with a couple good stores only slightly farther away.

Disappointing :( Every time my partner and I both order 'design-your-own' pizzas online the toppings get mixed up and end up on the wrong pizza - especially the BBQ sauce which is not so easy to take off once its on the wrong one (which I like on mine but it totally ruins my partner's pizza)!! When we've called up to complain about it, you either have to wait for a new pizza to be made and delivered, or they offer you a discount next time ... which we never received when we did ask for the discount. And as it keeps happening, we feel like our feedback is falling on deaf ears. We've also found that the quality of the pizzas have really been going downhill. Less toppings, and the pizzas have been soft and soggy ... Used to love ordering from this place, but we're not coming back any more.
