Extremely poor IT infrastructure. Tried ordering online 4 times!!! Every time it failed. Same old response, "we can't place your order right now". So I tried the next logical thing, I'll call the store. Turns out you cannot get through to them even after 13 attempts. Worst part about it is I literally live around the corner. And I'd rather not waste money on the in-store surcharge when I can get cheaper online. You might have good deals Domino's, but what good is a deal if I cannot even order them. I would seriously consider fixing this. How many lost dollars are being caused due to your systems lacking the ability to handle large traffic. I'm sure the directors, shareholders and franchisees wouldn't be happy with this instance on a large scale.

Order for delivery and the delivery driver seemed to have no change every time( we're giving them more every time than we ordered for so I thought we'll since their driver for some reason never carry any change eventhough our food never arrived as hot as we would like it to be how about we try Oder then pick them up ourselves. Then it seemed to go from bad to worst. Last night I ordered 4 pizzas and recommend the crust to be thick and when I went to pick them up, I was standing at the counter while their ignoring me at the front and then one person came up and after I paid for the pizzas using my card he left me standing there while he walked off to talk to another staff member while I waited to get me receipt. A younger guy came and acknowledged that I stood there and gave me back my receipt while I checked the pizzas that I precisely ordered thick crust and guess what I got, normal crust so I asked him what happened to my thick crust that I ordered and he said they were all done normal ,bloody hell. I managed a huge and more complex food environment bigger than what this little shop is and this behaviour will never happen under my supervision it need a fair kick up the ass.This is disgraceful and very low act towards customers. You don't just take their money and pretend their invincible I don't know where they got their training from but that is an absolute disgusting customer service shame on you whether your running domino branch at schofield or not you should treat customers with respect cos customers paid for your job.i will never order pizza from this shop again

A great Dominoes. Better than the average, nice fresh-tasting pizzas. Very good service and friendly staff. Will definitely continue to order my pizzas from there.
