Domino'S Pizza West Ryde

Our pizza took 30 minutes longer to arrive than the pizza tracker said. I watched the driver stopped on the map for 20 minutes. Our pizza was cold and soggy when it arrived. Our drink was warm. One of our pizzas was on the wrong base (ordered thin and crispy and got classic crust). Overall very disappointing. We live 2 mins drive from the shop. West Ryde Dominos is terrible!

Explained to me that they didn't have enough drivers. Maybe their app should account for short staff and time delays....

The worst dominos ever. Rude customer service and very late delivery. I called store and the employee who answered was rude, considering that they were 45 mins late than the ETA. Almost 2 hours and pizza is not here yet. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Waste of money and time.

These guys don't deserve any stars!!!! Worst Domino's Pizza outlet ever! Every order I have made over the past few months have not been met with professionalism at all. Drivers take way too long to deliver...what's the point of having an estimated delivery time if you are not going to deliver???? Otherwise I get deliveries where some of my purchases are missing or cash isn't delivered correctly and bunch of other stuff. Managers are also unable to communicate over the phone as it's hard to understand what they are saying or utterly clueless. Ridiculous!!!

not trying to be racist but.. every single chinese person that serves my food at a fast food store does an awful job in making the food and also customer service. I don't recommend this domino's to others

This is the worst dominoes I've had to deal with. its a shame it is the local one. tried ordering online wouldn't let me so called up and he told me would be double the price he told me he can't do the online price. I told him I had friends who have worked at dominoes ( which is true) I said you can do better than that price he said he couldn't I said he was a liar which he was he said do you want pizza or not. such a shame he was so rude will not order here again happy Australia day! Not the first time had problems with this store

Fast service.

I can say that`s a disaster, slow delivery and poor quality of food, I wait for almost 1 hour and the food finally arrived (it just take them less than 2 km from my place to their store!). The pizza is horrible and already started to cool

Not wheelchair friendly gate, many things did feel out of place, thought to check if it's just me but the ratings speak for themselves

People bag this place but it is what it is. Cheap takeaway pizza that despite what most of the comments on here say is very nice. And did I mention cheap!
