Great donuts

This place was disgusting! I Hope to never see the manger again or visit it ever. After being refused to use my vouchers that was perfectly legal and I got fair and square he pushed away my hand quite aggressively screaming at me not argue with him. It was not me arguing but rather him. After getting really angry and giving me a hard, aggressive voice he told me that I could not use the voucher! All I did was politely ask why the voucher was not valid. All I wanted was a doughnut but all I got was all the eyes and attention from the centre on me after being loudly shouted at!

I did not appreciate being shouted at, pushed and refused service. After all that the donut I did receive, at full price, was stale and cold, with a tasting of rubber. Do not waste your money or time. This place is disgusting and the service is horrific. Everything they sell is also overpriced. To get a decent doughnut its too much! The owner is a cheapskate! The doughnut was deflated and cold with barely an flavour! It was so bad I spat it out and put it in the nearest bin! I couldn't keep it in my mouth! The oil was too much as well! I probably put on another 10 kilos from the small bite I took!

Just do yourself a favour and go to a better place. Its not hard anyway as anything is better then this disgusting shop! You will not regret going to another place! You will strongly regret going here though!

If only negative star reviews were an option! This is one place that defiantly deserves it! I could go on longer and rant more but I feel this appalling place isn't worth my time!

Went there to claim a voucher that was still valid. They wouldn't honor it and when asked for an explanation staff were rude and vague with their reason. Customer service is appalling.

Disgusting totally stale donuts... I should have gotten a refund for my $6 rubbery 'donuts'... The further down you went the more stale they became

This store gets five stars because they provide the BEST long black available in Western Sydney. Good prices and friendly service. Wait times are very reasonable and long opening hours.

Coffee with hot donuts is my absolutely fav here. Also a big fun of their iced/glazed rings.

Coffee is superb. Service is friendly and efficient! A great place to chill for a moment with a cup of coffee and cinnamon donuts.

My second night in Maitland and a friend says, oh, you should try Donut King. So, being the good tourist that I am, I went there. Luckily I took my dog because he likes food that humans cant eat. The donuts we're let's say, so sour, that I am sure it was just yeast, no flour, how they even managed to make a dough from that is beyond me, they were also logged with oil inside so someone had made a batch of disgusting donuts. No amount of chocolate or jam filling could fix it, everything was disgusting. Posting pics too!

Waited almost 20 minutes for a coffee, cold drink and donuts - it was busy but no mention of extended waits and then no understanding or apology when I asked for my money back - straight on the defensive and honestly, very rude. Got my refund but she short changed me! Might have been a one off bad day but so disappointed with the service today!

I had a doughnut cake made in April and was very satisfied! Not a doughnut out of place! My daughter absolutely loved it! Excellent job!!! 👍🏼

Good coffee, tasty donuts, especially when ordering hot & fresh cinnamon donuts straight from the fryer.

Staff are polite, and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy, and those tables are cleared and wiped down very regularly.
