Dooleys Waterview Club

Sometimes the food is great, other times it is just ok. Pretty good service.

Made a reservation 24 hrs. prior to Business Dinner for three. Upon arrival last evening (13 September 2017), there was some confusion as to where we would be seated (place was only about 40% occupied). Eventually we were seated and handed Menus. Some half hour later, when no one turned up to take our Orders, I went to look for someone to speak to. That person informed me that to place a food order we need to go to the Bar (how disappointing - never met that before at this place). When I approached the Bar to place Food Order, I was informed that the Register was out of order and advised to go to another register, in another section of the eatery. I expressed my disappointment at the changed arrangement for placing an Order for a Meal. Food arrived about 20-25 minutes later. My main dish of Scallops consisted of 4 Scallops, perhaps enough to feed a smallish child. My Business Guests were not as disappointed with their choice of food but were certainly not impressed. Overall, in my opinion: Service was POOR; Food Quality was below average; Value for Money was POOR. This may be the last time I will invite my Business Associates to dine at Waterview at Silverwater.

The general Manager Steve is a real hands on Manager. No pretence here, he gets in clears tables and waits patrons. The whole staff at Dooleys Waterview are totally professional and courteous. Glen the cellar man( aka master of public relations) is another pleasure to deal with.
It's a pity that so called "Professional" venues don't take a leaf out of their cap. It is a pleasure to deal with Dooleys Waterview club and ALL the staff.

Service getting better every time we dine here. Recommend booking for the adults only section

Reasonably priced menu and good beer choice. Regular specials on menu and discount for members. Recommend seafood pasta and burgers from menu. Downside is typical club ambience. Friendly staff. Great for groups.

We went for a function and they gave our food to the wrong table then didn't have enough for us. They offered us veal instead which wasn't very nice and wasn't served until 9 when we arrived at 6:30. We were given some extras for the inconvenience but it wasn't the best experience.

We ordered appetizers, entrees and main meals for 2 people. To our surprise, everything came at the same time. The bruchetta bread was soggy and not toasted, the garlic prawns....all 4 of them, were tough and drowning in tomato sauce.. no sign of garlic. The mushroom risotto was completely inedible..by.the time we got to the whole baby snapper it was of course cold and soggy.
I mentioned this to the waiter as to why so much food came out at once and he said he would speak to them. We left. $120 waisted and leaving hungry

Comfortable little club. Beer prices are a bit expensive. Staff are very friendly

cosy and quiet, food is surprisingly nice in such a small place... Compared to the Dooley in Lidcombe, this is a simpler version...
