We just had a rather unpleasant customer service experience when we lost our daughter's water bottle at brunch. When we rang the phone kept cutting out and not one of the staff took our details in case the bottle turned up. Rather we were bluntly told no bottle could be seen. I understand it maybe a busy time but it would have been nice if the staff were more helpful and empathetic. Now if the bottle turns up I guess it will be thrown out.

Very nice coffee in an open courtyard space with mostly communal tables.

Quality food, the salmon eggs are divine, woodfire slow cooked smoked salmon chunk, the coffee is great and so are the healthy choices. A bit pricey but well worth it.

Have been here many times and will definitely go back. Really yummy and healthy food, coffee, great atmosphere, kids friendly, friendly staff. Food's presentation is nice. I always end up with Smash Avo. It's one if the best. Just beware it gets very busy and hectic on weekends and may take a while to be served your food.

I cannot rate the food because I didn't have it. But the atmosphere is great. Industrial and urban design. Nice place for a Sunday morning coffee or breakfast with a wide variety of cakes, croissants and sweets.

If u didn't try coffee here, you're missing out on great coffee. One of the best in Sydney along with coffee Alchemy in Marickville and Gumption in CBD. They use Gabriel beans. Should really try if u love coffee :)

Where to start, our whole experience was great, and we'll definitely come back. The avo smash might be the best I've ever had (limited sample size), and my partner loved the veggie deluxe special. We liked the muffin as well, not too sweet. The staff was super friendly and funny, and kept coming by to play our puppy.

Nice coffee shop! Had the veggie wrap and chicken sandwich, I would have preferred grilled chicken then tinned chicken but it was still nice. I would recommend this place for a coffee if you are nearby.
