I came in with the request from the different pathology group, after having needed to wait at the other place for over half an hour without even being acknowledged, but DHM happily accepted the other pathology request and i was seen to in less than 10 minutes. I barely felt anything, just a tiny scratch. I really dislike needless so i was very pleased.

Booked an appointment and turned up as scheduled and fasted. However, they said they couldn't find my appointment!! I'm sure I booked as I drew a line under that centre from a list and wrote down the date and time straight after my call. Not only did they missed my booking, their attitude was very bad and not professional at all.
They insisted that I can just come back on "another day" which gives no consideration that people also need to work and make changes in order to attend these appointments!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, in case they can't sort out their booking system again --- complete waste of people's time.
