I Highly recommend them one of the best houses for sale belmont north I ever deal with also I was impressed with the company, very professionalism and knowledgeable. They helped me market my home and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible.

Terrible experience buying a house with them. Arrogant, blunt, ill informed, unhelpful and untrustworthy agent. By settlement I couldn't deal with him anymore and neither could my conveyancer. And speaking to friends who dealt with him in the past (selling their house), that is their what they copped too on the other side: they just decided to go with someone else because of the treatment they got. I nearly gave up buying myself! Just didn't because my offer, which was intentionally too low, expecting to be declined but firm and final, got accepted (after him protesting, and probably because the previous owner was frustrated too). In summary, if you're selling with them, be warned: you could be misrepresented and could lose good potential buyers due to stress and disrespect. If you're buying... well, they just want numbers, a quick sell to brag about how many properties they've sold. So you could get a bargain, but be prepared to cop a LOT of stress, check and challenge EVERYTHING they say carefully, get a good conveyancer and good luck.

Myself & my daughter have been renting through Dowling for so so many years & have done their best, especially on the short notice. I'm so happy to have / allowably with certain additions. We have the best landlord. Any issue is not too big or small. Very Very Happy Indeed :)

Extremely dodgy agency.
Do not sell your property with this agency as they have very poor communication skills, poor customer service, poor email enquiries responses and much more. You could lose $$$ listing with them I have had a very unpleasant experience.

I bought a house from Dowling, Mayfield, seven years ago and I had such a good experience with Bradley that I decided to let them manage my property. Hunter managed my property effortlessly over this time and I have had no problems with the tenants or maintenance of the property. I recently decided I would sell the house and again Bradley looked after me. I have never sold a house before and had no idea what to do but Bradley walked me through the steps and had it sold within weeks, just before Christmas, and got more than I expected to get on the sale price.
I would recommend Dowling real estate at Mayfield to anyone buying, renting or selling a house . They are professional and I hope to utilise their services again in the future.

We rented through Dowling for 18months. In this time we had 3 property managers and as a general rule we found staff rude, ineffective, underinformed and forgetful. We ended up contacting our owner directly for anything that needed fixing and began emailing for all communications to keep a record of contact. Several times we were told completely the wrong information (like we would have six weeks to move when the property was sold). The only lodged our bond a week before we vacated.
I would never rent through Dowling again, and I certainly would never let them manage my property. 0/5, never again.
