Just drove down from Newcastle to find no shop !! Rang the number and asked ian where the shop was and he said there was no shop , couldn't of cared less !! Waste of time
Really should make it clear!!

Just went to the address but couldn't find any Pilot's Shop there. Very disappointed.

Since writing my original review, I have managed to get in touch with employees from the shop. Turns out they were all on vacation and it was unfortunately not clearly marked on their website. Andrew and Jen did their best to try to help me find a solution. As it turned out more complex than we had all hoped, we canceled the order and I have since then been reimbursed.
Quick tip: Change your answering system and set up an auto reply on your email when all the employees are on vacation at once. It would have saved me quite a bit of frustration.

Incredibly dissapointed. Placed an order for a Bose A20 headset on December 22nd. Haven't heard back since then, and today is January 3rd. I've tried reaching out by phone, email, Facebook Messenger, but nada! I can't believe this. NEVER have I not been able to contact a retailer over the course of almost two weeks!
Hopefully, someone from the shop will get back to me before I file a complaint with American Express. Really. I can not stress how ridiculous of a service this is. I have NEVER experienced such lousy (nonexistent) service.
