Dr John M Capp

I want to say how good a Dentist Dr Capp is!
I have been seeing him for over 20 years. During this time I have found him to be caring and understanding, extremely competent and gentle. We have seen many dentists over the years and my family believes he is by far the best. He now treats three generations of my family. I for one would not want to see another.

As the Office Manager, I witnessed this even and dealt with the Patient.

The Patient was rude to me in making the appointment, at his appointment and after his appointment, being obviously stressed for his upcoming wedding in three days time. The Dentist involved was trying to confirm details of a flight but this in no way effected the quality of the work or the attention he did give that patient. The patient had booked in for a short appointment with multiple problems, demanding an extensive amount of work to be done with no time to do it. The Dentist only left the surgery at points when he was waiting for anesthetic to become active so he could carry out procedures. The amount of work performed was in excess of what would normally be carried out in the available appointment time.

I consider the above comment as an unfair representation by a stressed individual and couple leading up to their marriage this coming weekend.
