Dr Sean Flanagan is a dual fellowship trained otologist and skull base surgeon. His special areas of expertise include the treatment of ear disease, hearing reconstruction thorugh tympanoplasty, ossicular chain reconstruction, stapedectomy, cochlear implantation and bone anchored hearing aids (BAHA), and managment of acoustic neuromas (vestibular schwannomas) as well as other skull base tumours.
He is also highly expereinced and comfortable in managing general ear nose and throat problems in children and adults.
He is a visiting medical officer (VMO) at St Vincents Public and Private Hospitals in Sydney, with his main clinic on the St Vincent's Campus at 352 Victoria St Darlinghurst. He also consults in Miranda at Suite 16, 20-24 Gibbs St and operates in the Shire at Kareena Private Hospital.
