Dr Shahram Shahidi

Dr Shahidi is truly amazing and caring. He truly cares about his patients and their well being... and more importantly is realistic about the results you will get.

In my opinion he under promises and over delivers. Ive wanted to change my nose since i was 21 and seen many surgeons. I finally had my nose done when i was 30, and living the other side of the world from my family. Thats how sure i was that Dr Shahidi was the surgeon for me. He was aware i was away from my family and deeply cared about my mental health as changing your nose is a big deal.

I cant recommend him or his staff more! Raleigh is also amazing. I musta called her about twice a week paranoid about something and she was so lovely and patient.

The receptionists are also fab... truly a great practice! Id even recommend family to this practice.

I have decided to write this review for anyone that has been considering surgery, however is not too sure about their choice. That was me. I can honestly say, Dr Shahidi is one of the most honest people I know and I was so lucky to decide to have my consultation with him. He must have noticed my hesitation when I saw him and referred me to a psychologist to make sure this is what I really wanted to do. After seeing the psychologist this past weekend, I have decided this surgey isn't for me after all. I learnt so much from the session with the psychologist and I also learnt that Dr Shahidi does not send all his patients to see a psychologist, only the ones he believes needs to see one. It was heartwarming to see how much he cared about my mental health in this decision as opposed to the money he could have made from me. I can't say if I went along with the surgery, I wouldn't be happy, because I do not know this for sure. However, I can say I am sure I have made the right decision for myself and after wanting a nose job for almost 6 years, seeing Dr Shahidi and the psychologist has changed all that and for the better. I wanted to write this review to show how honest and caring Dr Shahidi is and how much he will look after you whether that means you have surgery or not, his main concern is you.

Almost a year ago, I had my rhinoplasty procedure done with Dr Shahidi, and to say that my mind was at ease is an understatement! I came into his office with a huge bump on my nose and breathing issues, two things I’ve been insecure about for a long time.

Leading up to the operation all my health conditions were considered, and there was communication between my doctors and Dr Shahidi to assure that my health would not be at risk, this had me beyond relieved and made the process so much easier for me.

It is now almost a year since my operation, and my nose mirrors the computer altered image created in the early consultation. My nasal issues are completely solved and I’m more confident then ever thanks to Dr Shahidi and his team.

I couldn’t recommend Dr Shahidi and his team more.

From the moment I met Dr. Shahidi I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed. He listened to all my concerns about the shape of my nose as well as my issues with breathing. The professionalism of Dr. Shahidi and his team is second to none. They supported me through my whole journey and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Shahidi's work has given me the chance to feel confident and comfortable in my own skin. I could not be happier with the outcome of my nose, both aesthetically and internally.

From Searching through online reviews and looking through the work of numerous surgeons, to booking the consult (nervousness) to flying to Sydney and meeting Dr Shahidi and his team, to paying my deposit and then flying down again 3 months later to have my Surgery it was all a whirlwind but a very enjoyable one. I could not recommend Dr Shahidi and his Team enough! I suffered from breathing and sense of smell difficulties for my whole life, not to mention i absolutely hated the look of my nose. After my Turbinectomy/Rhino/Septoplasty Surgery in July 2016, I have not looked back or Felt better. It has been a year since my surgery and i am completely happy with my results. I am very thankful to have found and met Dr Shahidi and his beautiful Team.

From the moment I met Dr Shahidi and his team, I knew I was in good hands. Not only were they wonderful to deal with (loved our funny little convos) but they were also very professional. They were persistent in ensuring I was given the all clear my by doctors to proceed with the rhinoplasty and explained the plan of action in detail every step of the way. I felt comfortable with the whole lead up to the operation and the aftercare has been even better. I am extremely happy with the results and could not recommend a better surgeon.

From my initial consultation to the days leading up to my surgery right through to all of my post-op appointments, Dr Shahidi and his team made me feel comfortable, welcome and relaxed.

Both Dr Shahidi and his team were very friendly and approachable and even made themselves available to me outside business hours to answer my questions.

As for the results, I am absolutely over the moon. I spent months researching surgeons and I sought out Dr Shahidi specifically as his work speaks for itself.

The procedure has given me so much more confidence and has truly changed my life for the better. I have no regrets and would recommend Dr Shahidi and his team to anyone looking to undergo rhinoplasty.
