I went to see this dentist about a painful tooth I had that was turning grey.. He told me it was a natural part of a tooths ageing process and not to worry about it. So I didn't

That tooth proceeded to slowly decay for the next 2 years until another dentist pointed this out to me. it had almost decayed right down to the nerve and I would have lost this tooth if they hadn't of spotted it in time.

I wrote an email to Stephen to tell him that he had misdiagnosed my tooth so in future he would not make the same mistake for anyone else but my email was completely ignored and I didn't even receive an apology. I am very disappointed!

Stephen himself seems quite okay, however he has one of the rudest receptionists I've ever encountered. She told me to today that getting stuck in traffic and being late for an appointment for a sudden repair of some his previous work 'wasn't our problem.' I guess the thing that struck me was that there was no one in the waiting room queued up at the time, and that Stephen walked right by me in the middle of this exchange, on his way across the street to Woolworths. I guess I'll look for someone closer to home.
