I've had excellent experiences at this clinic. Have been coming here regularly for years and Dr Li has always been patient, reassuring and is an excellent surgeon. I've always come away feeling that I am in good hands here.

I had a totally false reply when I asked about the cost of removal of 10 skin cancers. The doctor told me $400 for each. He gave my back and shoulders a brief spray with the stuff that freezes skin cancers and told me I would need 5 more treatments such as this. When I questioned another doctor as to research as to delivery over several sessions I was told no such evidence exists. At another very reputable skin clinic a friend had several skin cancers removed for $400 which included a consultaion from a dermatologist.

Most amazing experience I've had at a skin cancer clinic. Precise, accurate and very comforting to know somebody could care that much considering the amount of patients they see a day let alone in a year... I recommend this clinic to all of my family and friends.

Initial consultation seemed ok but rapidly descended into the Dr telling me that I needed 7 x skin biopsies taken from my face. I was in absolute shock. He did freeze of some smaller things ftrom my back and décolletage. But when I questioned him about the 7 x biopsies from my face, each one needing a stitch and costing $150 (next to nothing back from Medicare) he sort of joked about it, and said I would be visiting him very regularly for check ups etc... something felt very, very wrong. I rang my dermatologist friend, she immediately asked if he was a gp or a dermatologist? he is a gp - and the first session is bulk billed. She recommended I go back to my regular gp to ask her opinion. I did. She said it sounded over the top, and that they 'had to make money somewhere' , but 7 x biopsies!!!!!!! Cancelled my further appointments....will go to a proper dermatologist next time, and cough up the $170 consultation fee..

I was in the surgery for approximately 27 SECONDS!
I was not asked if there was anything else I needed checked apart from the one mole I had mentioned.
This was not even a consultation and I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
