Great quality service. You get whar you pay for.
I took in three dresses and paid quite a lot for the service
One dress had fragile buttons which I explicitly explained to them - they lost the buttons when I came in to discuss this - they dismissed me with - we will call you if we find them. I heard nothing about a refund or repair. I went back in and saw the owner and they managed a repair of the dress and did it for free. Took a while but I must admit for the price and the effort it was under expectations they made it right in the end.
I love the fact that my clothes don't smell of drycleaning, just clean!! And I don't have to feel guilty about getting my clothes drycleaned anymore
