Dudley Laundromat

Rip off.

I took in a pair of white trousers, bought new but discounted because of a stain in a small area. When I picked them up the next day, the original stain was removed but they gathered more stain marks plus creases all over. I was devastated as they were expensive and I had purchased them for an important event. What upset me more was that the owner did not apologise and said maybe it was because they had been transported back in a van (?!). He grumbled and finally said he'd take them back. I came back the next day and they were not ready. Said he would call the following day which he did not. I picked them up the following day. Most of the creases were gone, but there were all sort of dirt marks - like someone has stepped on the trousers. I took them to a dry cleaner in Bondi who was aghast at the result. Thankfully she was able to undo the damage. Needless to say I am never going back to Dudley Laundromat. This place might be cheap but if you want good customer service and clean laundry, do not come here. 0 star.

If only I could give zero or minus stars. If you want your property damaged and then for them to flat out deny it was their fault, then go here. The man who owns this place continued to swear at me and tell me he hates everyone in the area and that he will shut his doors soon. No idea about customer service or how to run a business.
