Established in 1955, Dwyer-Whelan Academy of Irish Dance is Australia's longest running Irish dance school. Over the years Dwyer-Whelan has produced many State and Australian Champions. The school has also had success internationally with dancers placing in the top ten at the World Championships and Great Britain Championships, top 3 at the North American Championships, and top 2 at the British Nationals.
