Distressing to say the least. Sorry, but I have to be honest about my experience here.
Check your furniture and walls after you use these guys.
You can normally trust people to move you efficiently and effectively so you don't think to examine the walls and the furniture. The guy demanded payment straight after and sign off. Afterwards, I discovered a chunk of the wall and been taken off in the move. Also a dent in our beautiful dining table and scratches on the bed frame. Of course, complete denial that they took a chunk off the wall.
Also, I had to ask them to work faster. The move was from a 2-bedroom apartment down a lift (no one else was allowed to use the lift - exclusive use was given to the guys). That took 3 hours and when I spoke to them about speeding up, it only took them 2 hours to move the same stuff up 1.5 set of stairs (no lift). They took their sweet time and we had made sure that we had done 6 car loads before hand to make sure the move had less items.
(For our previous move, it took another lot of removalists 5 hours to do 3 bedrooms down 3 flights of stairs and up 3 flights of stairs and the place was double the distance away).

Also, they dragged furniture across carpets and surfaces. Definitely lacking in experience compared to other revivalists we have had and not sure they have the strength, they struggled with lifting and were dragging furniture instead. They didn't use anything wheeled once up the stairs. Also, they carried one thing at a time.

I was recommended these guys but apparently they changed hand in between my friend's wonderful move and mine because I didn't get the speedy British man. Sad.

Used e-van's services today to pick up a few pieces of whiteware and dining furniture. They were on-time, no-nonsense and got on with the job professionally.
Highly recommended, and would definitely use them again.

I recently used e-van for an ebay purchase and swapping a fridge with a friend. They were prompt, helpful and very professional. They charged me exactly the amount they quoted and I would use e-van for all my transport needs.

DO NOT USE!!!!
I made an online enquiry with these guys to pick up my scooter. I had a missed call on my phone which I returned within 15 mins of receiving it. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude from the outset. She said that my window of opportunity had now closed and they would be unable to do the job. I then thought she would offer to reschedule but she simply said goodbye. I cut her off and asked if I could re-schedule. She said she was not interested as the she did not have a ramp for a scooter. I replied that the scooter weighed 100kg's and was very small something that 2 removalists could easily lift. She continued to tell me that she wasn't interested. Probably the rudest customer service I have ever experienced IN MY LIFE!!! Do not call these guys.

THEY CANCELLED A CONFIRMED BOOKING COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE THE MOVE - PLACING MY WIFE AND I IN A DIFFICULT POSITION OF FINDING ANOTHER REMOVALIST DAYS BEFORE THE MOVE.
